Is sleeve gastrectomy reversible if I do not lose weight?

No, just like herpes, once you get the procedure, it is forever. I am sure there may be a Cowboy surgeon who claims that he/she can reverse it, but that would be a major undertaking. Realistically once you have the procedure, consider it permanent.
