Acupuncture for endometriosis

Does acupuncture help women with endometriosis?

Most women with endometriosis are fed up with conventional medicine and have beeen turning to alternative healthcare for their pain relief. Data on acupuncture for endometriosis are skant. The few studies reveal that acupuncture does help a few women with endometriosis, but the pain relief is not long lasting or adequate. In fact, the pain relief was the same as with certain Chinese herbs.

Acupuncture is not cheap and requires many sessions. So if you have money, you are free to try acupuncture for your endometriosis. If you do not have the money, buy some Chinese herbs.  However, be realistic as overall both treatments SUCK.
