If I have
kidney stones, made from calcium, does that mean I should not eat any calcium containing
foods?
In general,
the amount of calcium you eat in your diet is too little to make any difference.
Unless you consume 100gs of calcium every day, you can eat whatever you want
and it will make no difference to the stones. It is the rare individual who
needs to stop taking calcium if he/she has calcium stones.
