I have
been told that if I exercise a lot I may develop kidney stones. Is this true?
In
general, if you exercise a lot and do not replace the lost water, you are more
prone to kidney stones. This is simply a result of dehydration. People who live
in warm climates and sweat a lot generally are at a higher risk of developing
kidney stones. So keep well hydrated. Please it makes no difference what you drink. Plain water is as good as any other beverage.
