Cocaine and oral sex

Recently I had a positive cocaine test in my urine. I have never used drugs. The only thing is my BF uses cocaine all the time. Frequently I do perform oral sex and swallow his sperm. Could this be the reason?

Most likely. Cocaine can circulate in body tissues and enter sperm or semen. I would avoid oral sex for a few months and then repeat the urine test. If it becomes negative, then I guess no more oral sex for your BF. If the test comes back positive, then the lab machines maybe too sensitive and you need to find another lab to confirm the findings. 

But I can assure you that many illicit drugs can pass into semen and show up in the urine after oral sex. This is nothing new-been reported decades ago. 

So if you are going for a job interview and are in the habit of giving blow jobs to your drug addict BF, i suggest you stop that at least several weeks ahead of time. These drugs can stay in the body for a long time.
